Yeah, it does suck because that also eliminates the rest of your top 12. I tried really hard to avoid that weekend all together but with the way the everything falls those are the only real open weekends. I tried to avoid that day at the Squan because you guys are there the next weekend. Didn't want the place burned for your Open but the Ranger wouldnt allow 10/7 because of some event going on there. Claims there will be 100s of people there.

Is it the Ranger that now controls the scheduling/permitting of the Squan or the main office where a lady would take down the hosting clubs information and payment?

I first spoke with the Ranger, he is the one that wouldn't allow the 7th. I paid the lady.
 
Unfortunately, due to a schedule conflict, we have to move Assunpink to Carnegie on 10/7. Sorry fellas.

Moving forward, all points are awarded to the "Boater" in the case that the CO-Angler can not make it. Designations can not be changed once the second event on 10/14/17 starts.
